Update

So I’ve finished my first training cycle, ten days of training, and now I’m onto 4 days of rest.

My arms are still so sore because I have zero arm strength and this is something my trainer has decided to work on

I also got into the short track program and the Olympic Oval in Calgary and paid my oval fees this week and now I’m pretty excited to start training there …but I have so much to do before we move :/
